Five Alumni of Hasan lab presented their research work at American Society for Photobiology (ASP) Symposium 2021. The symposium was hosted virtually on June 8, 2021, from 11:00am – 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

Imran Rizvi (University of North Carolina) Presentation title: Flow-Induced Carboplatin Resistance in a 3D Model for Ovarian Cancer: Targeted PDT and Combinations

Bryan Q. Spring (Northeastern University) Presentation title: Development of multiplexed microendoscopy to guide precision cancer medicine

Huang-Chiao Huang (University of Maryland) Presentation title: Photodynamic Modulation of Bidirectional Drug Transport Across the Blood-Brain Barrier

It was indeed a pleasure to see our alumni settled at respective positions at various universities, continuing their quest in the field of photodynamic therapy and cancer research as well as being respected and recognized for their endeavors.
